Altus Labs does not directly collect or operate a server for collecting the following information through the app's own services:

• Your precise GPS location.

• Account passwords or login credentials.

This does not prevent third-party services integrated into the app, such as Google Mobile Ads, from independently collecting information described in their respective privacy policies.

9. Permissions and Device Capabilities

• Internet / network access: used to load and display advertisements and communicate with third-party services required by the app.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Custom wheels, locally stored history, and app settings remain on your device until you delete them within the app where applicable, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app.

Altus Labs does not maintain a server-side database containing this locally stored app information.

Information collected and processed by Google Mobile Ads is subject to Google's applicable retention policies, systems, and user settings. Altus Labs does not control the retention period of information processed by Google.

13. Children's Privacy

Decide It! Spin Wheel is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our own servers.

Third-party services used by the app may have their own policies and requirements regarding children's data. Users and parents should review the applicable Google policies and settings for information about how advertising services handle data.

We use reasonable technical measures provided by the Android and Flutter platforms to keep locally stored app data within the app's storage area.

• You can turn sound and vibration on or off in the app settings.
• You can delete history inside the app.
• You can delete custom wheels inside the app where available.
• You can clear all local app data from Android system settings.
• You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data.

• You can manage or reset your Android Advertising ID through supported Android settings.
